MarisPlus Omega-3: Our passion project

MarisPlus Omega-3 is a product of ImperialOel, an owner-managed family business from Hamburg. Our Managing Director, Oliver Kromer, whose father already traded in oils and fats at the current location, discovered his great passion for omega-3 more than 20 years ago. He was fascinated by the diversity and amazing significance of this fat for the human body and his enthusiasm has been unbroken ever since. This passion has led, among other things, to the development of our B2B product line MarisOmega and to our focus on the use of these fats for the most sensitive target groups such as babies as well as expectant and breastfeeding mothers. As a result, our analysis is particularly in-depth and thorough and we are always informed about the latest trends and studies. Against this background, Oliver wanted to create a product directly for consumers that combines all this knowledge about raw materials, processing and the best form of administration in the best possible way. This is how MarisPlus Omega-3 was brought to life in Hamburg – a project close to his heart in every respect.

The liquid form was considered almost visionary at the time, but Oliver has always been convinced that it is the optimal form of intake, as it is easier to take and eliminates the need to swallow large capsules, while at the same time allowing a higher dosage. With MarisOmega, ImperialOel has been committed to the quality and purity of omega-3 raw materials as well as specialised production processes and dosage forms for over 30 years.
